What hardness options are available for QPU Wheel?
QPU has three hardnesses to choose from, namely 75°Shore A, 85°Shore A and 90°Shore A. You can choose the appropriate Wheel according to different environmental requirements.
QPU Series
QPU Wheel is designed to meet the increasingly demanding working environment. QPU is an advanced Polyurethane elastic material that helps improve machine controllability and reduce push resistance.
QPU Wheel is puncture-resistant, which prevents metal debris from damaging the wheel surface and extends its service life. In addition, it also has excellent resilience, making it an ideal vehicle wheel for hand-pushed devices and equipment with traction requirements.
Due to its excellent hydrolysis resistance, QPUwheel suitable is suitable for tropical areas and humid working environments.

Excellent wear resistance
QPU Wheel has excellent wear resistance. When used under the same conditions, the service life of QPU Wheel is 3 times that of Rubber Wheel.

QPU is a highly elastic material among elastic materials, 2 times that of a solid elastic Wheel. QPU rolls smoothly, produces no noise, reduces vibration, and protects the structure and cargo on the trolley, while ensuring that the floor will not be damaged.
Antimicrobial
QPU Wheel has good antimicrobial properties and is suitable for food factories and medical environments.

Puncture-proof
The QPUwheel tread has good tension, can remove most debris and metal shavings on the floor, and is not easy to collect dust.

The special QPU-AS properties can introduce Equipment static electricity into the ground, and the conductivity value is 107~1011 ohms.

Compared with PU Wheel of the same hardness, QPU Wheel has lower rolling resistance.
Applicable ambient temperature
The applicable ambient temperature is between -30°C and +70°C. When used at temperatures above 80°C, performance will decrease.
