What is the difference from the standard 1109 Series?
1109-HD Series adopts higher rigidity plates and heat-treated beads, and has electrochemical treatment to improve rust prevention and appearance, suitable for more demanding applications.
1109-HD Series — American Mechanical Wheel Series
The caster bracket is made from high-rigidity steel plates and a heat-treated ball race to achieve extremely high load and long service life. At the same time, it can ensure the requirement of low center of gravity. Suitable for commercial machinery equipment, server racks and AGV (unmanned vehicles). The large base plate is designed with adjustable leveling feet to increase the load. The height of its leveling feet can be adjusted and the trolley can be parked securely at will, and the surface of the legs is electroplated to provide a high-end appearance and better rust resistance.
